1. What is Tox Club?
Tox Club is a membership program that offers consistent, high-quality wrinkle relaxer treatments at vetted medspas near you.

2. How much does the membership cost, and what does it include?
The Tox Club membership is $159/month. As a member, you can redeem 1 “All You Need Tox” treatment every 3 months for eligible areas (forehead, glabella, crow’s feet, brow lift, under-eye area, lip flip, and chin).

3. What is an “All You Need Tox” treatment?
It’s a comprehensive tox treatment designed to cover key areas of concern like forehead lines, crow’s feet, and more. The number of units needed is determined by the medspa provider during your appointment.

4. What “tox” will I be treated with?
The tox used is as the discretion and preference of the provider. It will most likely be Xeomin, Jeuveau, or Dysport.

5. Can I use any medspa, or is it limited to certain locations?
Tox Club partners with select, vetted medspas in your area. 

6. How do I book my appointments?
Tox Club handles all appointment scheduling with the medspa for you. You'll receive reminders and confirmations to ensure your treatment stays on track.

7. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, but cancellations and reschedules will be subject to the medspa’s policies.

8. Are there other perks for members?
Yes! Members often receive discounted rates on add-ons like treatments for traps, masseters, underarms, or DAOs. Additional perks may vary by medspa.

9. Can I add other treatments (like dermal fillers) to my membership?
Dermal fillers and other services are not included in the membership, but can be scheduled directly with our medspa partner at the time of your appointment.

10. Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Tox Club memberships are a 3 month minimum commitment. Thereafter, if you are looking to cancel, you will be responsible for 2 additional monthly payments following your last treatment before it’s effective.

11. What happens if I miss a quarterly treatment?
If you miss a treatment, it cannot roll over to the next quarter. We encourage members to stay consistent for the best results.
